Australian Alumni High Achiever Award
Australian Alumni High Achiever Award was instituted by IDP Education Australia, India and the Australian Alumni Association, India in 2003. This award will be annual event to recognize outstanding Indian graduates from Australian Education Institutions and demonstrate what can be achieved with an Australian education.  
Eligibility
  1. Must be an Indian National, currently living and working in India
  2. Must have successfully completed an award program form a recognized Australian Education Institution.
  3. Must have minimum 5 years post qualification experience in India, in a field relevant to the program of study in Australia
  4. Must be able to demonstrate exceptional profession, academic or research excellence in their chosen field of endeavour ; and/or contribution to the Indian community at the state or national level ; and/or stimulating new ideas, and services and have shown exceptional dedication leadership in business in India
 
Rules
  1. Nominators are required to address all of the above criteria at the time of nomination, however preference will not be given to any one of them, and an overall assessment will be made.
  2. Self – nominations will be accepted, but, wherever possible, independent nominators are preferable.
  3. Nominators must disclose any family, business or other relationship between the nominee.
  4. Nomination will be treated confidentially by the Selection Committee. The nominee will be contacted only if he/she has been short listed for the final selection.
  5. The recipient of the award may not be nominated for it again. A nominee who is not been selected in a particular year will automatically be considered for the award the following year, and his or her nominator will be invited to provide updated information.
  6. Alumni who have displayed an on-going high level of achievement in their field and in service to the community are most likely to have a minimum of five years of career experience. So this award is not designed to reward those who are nearing graduation or who have recently graduated.
  7. No office bearer of the Australian Alumni Association or staff of IDP Education Australia in the Selection Committee shall be eligible for the Award whilst in office.
  8. Nominations are also accepted from the Alumni Offices/International Offices / Faculty from Australian Education Institutions.
  9. Only completed form will be considered by the selection committee.
